ABOUT MAGNITUDE DIGITAL
The Agency Model Was Broken. We Built Something Better.
The holding companies are brilliant at winning pitches. They are not always brilliant at winning results. We saw it from the inside. Magnitude Digital was founded to change the equation — to build a performance growth partner where senior expertise, genuine accountability, and integrated strategy are not a premium upgrade, but the baseline.
Our Founding Story
Magnitude was built by former executives from GroupM and Dentsu-Aegis — two of the largest media networks in the world. We left with a clear conviction: the clients who deserve the best thinking are not always the ones being served by it.
Large agencies have depth. They also have overhead, account management layers, junior execution teams, and institutional incentives to protect margin rather than performance. Clients pay holding-company rates and too often receive holding-company averages.
We built Magnitude to deliver the strategic rigor and cross-channel expertise of the best agency talent — without the structures that dilute it. Every engagement is led by senior practitioners. Every recommendation is grounded in actual data. Every outcome is tied to something the business cares about.
We have been doing this for over 13 years. We have 25+ industry recognitions and proof points across fintech, crypto, mobile apps, solar, home services, and direct-response B2C. We are not new to this. We are just structured differently.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
We Exist to Tell You the Truth About Your Growth.
Most marketing partners tell clients what they want to hear. Campaign numbers look good. Traffic is up. Engagement is positive. Meanwhile, the business is not growing the way it should — and nobody on the agency side is saying so, because the brief got executed and the invoice got paid.
Magnitude is structured around the opposite incentive. We succeed when clients succeed. That means we surface the hard findings early, recommend against channels that aren't working even if we manage them, and build measurement systems that make our own performance impossible to hide. Our accountability is built into the architecture of how we work — not into a slide at the end of a quarterly review.
That is what Magnitude delivers.
Not more automation. A better strategy.

Technology Is a Tool.
Judgment Is the Strategy.
Our Approach to Technology
Strategies are built by people with experience, not assembled by algorithms with none.
We operate at the leading edge of performance marketing technology — AI-powered analytics, server-side attribution, programmatic platforms, MMP integration, generative engine optimization. We know these tools deeply and use them deliberately. What we do not do is confuse tool access with strategic advantage. Every platform claims AI capabilities. Every agency now presents AI as a differentiator. The truth is that AI accelerates execution but cannot supply judgment — and in performance marketing, judgment is everything.

We are critical, informed managers of AI technology. We determine where it adds genuine value, where its optimization signals diverge from business goals, and where human oversight is not optional. We treat AI as a capable companion to our work, not as a replacement for the thinking that makes work effective. That posture protects our clients. It means campaigns do not run on autopilot. Attribution is verified, not assumed.

OUR VALUES
What's Important to Us
01
Accountability over optics.
We measure what matters. If a channel isn't performing against business outcomes, we say so — even if we manage it.
02
Integration over silos.
Paid media, SEO, creative, conversion, and analytics work as one system. We do not hand off from one team to another and call it a strategy.
03
Expertise over automation.
We use AI to accelerate. We use experience to decide. No AI-generated strategy leaves our team without senior review and real-world context applied.
04
Judgement over speed.
We move fast. We do not move faster than accuracy allows. The cost of a bad recommendation compounds faster than the cost of a considered one.
